I bought a bungalow through this estate agency. Annabel was the estate agent dealing with my purchase. It isn’t the first time for me buying or selling a property and my normal experience with estate agencies isn’t the best. When I came across this agency and Annabel I was very pleasantly surprised in how she was on top of things.
My solicitors were a pain and very unresponsive, she made sure that she was chasing them up constantly not to let things drag. She removed a lot of stress of my purchase for that reason and she was always giving me information from the buyer’s solicitor, the vendor and my own solicitor! She was great, polite and more importantly super efficient.
This estate agency is small and very personal therefore when you get in touch with anyone they always put 100% in dealing with your issue or enquiry.
Hopefully I won’t have to sell my property but if I do I know where I will be going! If you want hassle free selling or purchasing a property, do yourself a favour and give these people a ring.
